Vendor Fees Policy

Overview

This Vendor Fees Policy explains all costs associated with selling on Incredible Archives. Our goal is to keep fees transparent, fair, and simple so vendors can focus on growing their business.

Account & Subscription Fees
  • Creating a vendor account is free.
  • Optional premium features (such as boosted listings or advanced analytics) may have additional subscription fees, which will always be clearly displayed before purchase.

Listing Fees
  • Vendors can list products for free.
  • There are no charges for editing, updating, or removing listings.
Commission fees
  • A commission fee is charged only when a sale is successfully completed.
  •  Commission is calculated as a percentage of the product’s final sale price (excluding shipping).
  • The admin commission flat rate is only 4%, applicable to all categories, and will be shown in the vendor dashboard.
  • Commission is automatically deducted before payout.
Payment Processing fees
  • Standard payment gateway fees apply (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • These fees are charged per transaction and deducted automatically.
  • Vendors will see a full breakdown in their payout report. 
Shipping Fees
  • Vendors are responsible for setting their own shipping rates.
  • If using platform‑integrated shipping tools, additional carrier fees may apply.
  • Shipping fees collected from buyers are transferred to the vendor during payout.
Withdrawal & Payout Fees
  • Payouts to vendors are processed on a scheduled basis.
  • Some payment methods may include small withdrawal fees depending on the vendor’s bank or country.
  • Incredible Archives does not charge extra payout fees unless stated.
Optional Service Fees

These are optional and only charged if the vendor chooses to use them:

  • Featured product placement.
  • Homepage promotion.
  • Advertising or boosted visibility.
  • Professional product photography or design services (if offered)     
  • All optional fees will be clearly shown before activation.
Refund & Chargeback Fees
  • If a buyer requests a refund, the commission fee may be reversed depending on the situation.
  • Chargebacks initiated by the buyer’s bank may include additional processing fees from the payment provider.
Policy Updates
  • Incredible Archives may update this policy to reflect new features or fee structures.
  • Vendors will be notified of major changes in advance.
